15 October 2025
Our Juventus Men’s First Team players in international action on Tuesday night enjoyed a success for the most part, bringing this October window to an end.
We’ll start with the 2026 World Cup qualification games, wherein Italy claimed a convincing 3-0 win over Israel in Udine to guarantee - at the very least - a playoff place. Both Manuel Locatelli and Andrea Cambiaso started for the Azzurri, each playing 85 minutes.
Kenan Yildiz scored during his 83 minutes on the pitch for Turkiye in their 4-1 win over Georgia, taking his tally to three for his country this international window.
There was also a win for Serbia, with Filip Kostic providing the assist for a Dusan Vlahovic goal as they saw off Andorra 3-1.
Francisco Conceicao’s Portugal were on the verge of victory against Hungary until a stoppage-time equaliser left them frustrated. Chico came off the bench after an hour.
Overnight, both Jonathan David and Weston McKennie were in action across the Atlantic Ocean.
David played 90 minutes for Canada in their goalless draw with Colombia, while McKennie played 77 minutes as the United States of America beat Australia 2-1.
