A big win for Serbia last night in the Nations League that sees them now promoted into the A league with a 2-0 win away to Norway. It was a Bianconeri combination that saw Serbia net the game's opener just before half-time, when Filip Kostić sprint to the by-line before pulling across to Dušan Vlahović to side-foot home, scoring his eighth goal in 16 games for his country. The win was wrapped up early in the second half, with Vlahović again involved in the build-up when Fulham's Aleksandar Mitrovic was played in to finish first-time past the Norwegian keeper on 54 minutes.

Elsewhere yesterday, the United States were held to a goalless draw against Saudi Arabia with Weston McKennie playing 76 minutes. Brazil beat Tunisia 5-1 after a brace from Raphina and goals from Richarlison, Neymar and Pedro, with Aissa Laidouni scoring the consolation. Danilo completed 90 minutes in Paris, as Bremer was an unused substitute. Argentina defeated Jamaica 3-0 in their World Cup warm-up, with an early Julian Alvarez effort and a late Lionel Messi brace doing the damage. Angel Di Maria played 79 minutes, whilst Leandro Paredes sat this one out. Finally, Colombia completed a 3-2 comeback against Mexico, having gone 2-0 down at the half following goals from Alexis Vega and Gerardo Arteaga. Juan Cuadrado spurred the fightback getting the assist for the first of substitute, Luis Sinisterra's goals on 49 minutes with his second coming just three minutes later, before the comeback was officially completed on 68 minutes through Wilmar Barrios' goal.
