Three Bianconeri were in action for their respective national teams on Saturday, 6 September, and all ended the day celebrating - Dusan Vlahovic, Filip Kostic, and Francisco Conceicao each enjoyed wins with Serbia and Portugal, respectively.

VLAHOVIC SEALS THE WIN FOR SERBIA
Dusan Vlahovic needed just 12 minutes to open the scoring for Serbia against Latvia in their 2026 World Cup qualifier. There were to be no more goals in that one, meaning our No.9’s strike proved to be the match-winner.
Both Vlahovic and Kostic started the game, with Filip coming off towards the end.
PORTUGAL’S BIG WIN
Portugal claimed an emphatic 5-0 win over Armenia in their first qualification game. Conceicao was named on the bench and remained an unused substitute.
