The history between Juventus and the United States is a long one, which starts from a long way back and has deep roots.

Here, we will look back only at the most important and significant stages of this very special journey that, in just a few days, will be enriched with a new chapter.

In Juventus' history, there have been many times when our club has chosen to tour the States. So, let's remember them!

The first trip to the USA

It all began in 1969 when Juventus, for the first time, embarked on a tour of the United States to face Barcelona and Dundee United in friendly matches.

From East to West: The 2013 tour

In 2013, Juve's champions were seen wearing the helmets of American football players, and embarked on a tour from the East to West coasts of the States.

As part of the Jeep US Tour 2013, Juve faced Everton, the LA Galaxy and then Inter.

It was one of many beautiful tours in the USA, and one we can relive below.

Above, we also told you about the Bianconeri stepping out onto an American football field.

Let us refresh your memory...

The 2017 tour: Three iconic cities

Three symbolic cities of the United States: New York City, Miami, and Boston - all of which were visited by us in 2017.

For games fitting of those cities, we faced three prestigious opponents: Barcelona, Paris Saint-Germain and Roma.

Those games and those venues made for yet another unique summer for Juve.

The friendlies

The first match, against Barcelona, was played at Metlife Stadium in New York, where the Giants and Jets, the two American football teams from the Big Apple, play their home games.

Then, it was on to Florida to meet PSG. The venue for the challenge was Miami's Hard Rock Stadium, the home of the Dolphins, another major NFL team.

The last test, then, was played in Boston. The venue was the Gillette Stadium - home of the New England Patriots - and Juventus and Roma give life to an Italian soccer classic that closed the U.S. leg of the Juventus Summer Tour 2017 by Jeep.

This was a wonderful experience and, of course, a chance to catch up with Andrea Pirlo at the home of "his" New York City FC at the time.

There would be a US encore in 2018, with friendlies in New Jersey, Georgia and Washington.

But, to see the Bianconeri players in the States again, we would have to wait until 2022.

The last two years

Again in 2022, the United States was Juve's destination of choice. The locations? Las Vegas, Dallas and Los Angeles the three stops to face Deportivo Guadalajara, Barcelona and Real Madrid in friendly matches. That last tour saw a lot of emotions, and they're hard to put into words.

But, here's an example of the fun that was had, as part of an evening with The Lumineers!

Powerful emotions and special moments that we also wanted to experience with you, and now, just a few days away from another trip - again to the United States - we can't wait to set off, and our bags are packed.

This time, once again, we can assure you that we will take you with us! 🤍🖤
