After over six years of working together, Matteo Tognozzi's career at Juventus has come to an end. Matteo, who arrived in Turin in July 2017, has for years put his talent, his value and his experience in the delicate work of scouting at the service of the Club.
Having initially held the role of Foreign Countries Scouting Supervisor, he became Scouting Manager in March 2018, and then from November 2022, Head of Scouting.
His focus was always devoted to the search for young talent, particularly in South America, Europe and Italy: a truly fundamental job for the growth of a sports club and above all for the construction of a winning future.
It’s a job that also led him, in 2019, to obtain the qualification of Sports Director, following the FIGC exam, passed with a thesis dedicated precisely to this topic, entitled "My journey: notes from a scout".
A new adventure now begins for Matteo Tognozzi: we can only thank him for the work and path we have undertaken together, and wish him the best in his future career.
