“I'm very happy with the win the boys got us today – they deserved it. We had so many shots and gave very little away. We stayed neat and tidy all the way through and kept plugging away until the death. It wasn't easy today but we put in a great all-round performance. We'll get back to work on Tuesday once we've had time to enjoy this victory, then we'll knuckle down and start preparing for our trip to Florence. We must stay grounded. These three points take us that bit further away from fifth place. Now we just need to let this feeling settle and not get carried away with what we've done so far. You always get a boost from winning but we need balance. The team is growing in confidence and you can see that in their calm approach to games.”
ANDREA CAMBIASO
“It's a huge goal and I'm obviously delighted. We got a massive win. We can enjoy sitting top of the pile for one night at least and then we'll see what happens tomorrow. It looked like it wasn't going to be our night because we carved out so many chances and were really unlucky with the two disallowed goals. The league table doesn't mean much at this stage but today's win helps us build consistency and bodes well for the future.”
MANUEL LOCATELLI
“It's nice to see Juve top of the table. We know where our strengths lie but we still have so much room for improvement. On other occasions we've thrown away games like this; if we start picking up points instead we can do really well.. Inter have more experience and a bigger squad. We're a younger team that's keen to keep growing. Personally I want to keep performing as I am, playing further forward as a playmaker when needed and getting into shooting positions. The boss has tasked me with communicating with the lads on the pitch and that means a lot to me. We all played really well today and held our shape. When you're not able to make the breakthrough, you need to hold it together. We did that and to score the winner at the death like that makes it all the more enjoyable.”

«Vederci in testa è bello: noi siamo consapevoli della nostra forza, ma dobbiamo ancora crescere tanto. In passato queste partite le buttavamo via, se adesso facciamo punti possiamo fare un bel cammino; l’Inter è più matura e ha una rosa completa, noi siamo giovani e il nostro obiettivo è continuare a crescere. Io? Voglio continuare così, giocando anche più avanti, da regista, e cercando la conclusione. In campo il Mister mi ha dato il ruolo di comunicare coi compagni, e per me è importante; oggi abbiamo fatto tutti una bella partita perché siamo rimasti equilibrati, quando non si sblocca la partita bisogna rimanere li. Noi lo abbiamo fatto e averla sbloccata così ci dà ancora più gioia».
