On December 3rd, International Day of Persons with Disabilities, for the first time in its history, Juventus is opening the doors of its headquarters at Via Druento 175 in Turin to the Bianconeri community, to host a unique project: Portraits of Identity, Inclusion & Youth, a photography exhibition dedicated to Juventus One, the Club's Paralympic team.
This is an unmissable opportunity for anyone who wishes to discover authentic stories of sport and life. The exhibition recounts the Juventus One project through eleven portraits, eleven stories of athletes who found in football a starting point, not a destination. Stories of courage, change, and belonging. In each of them, there is a victory that is not measured by goals. Some have discovered the strength to change, some have rediscovered themselves, some have learned that teamwork is a way to feel alive. Disability is not a limitation, but just one among many possible human conditions.
The exhibition is free and open by reservation, with tours guided by the athletes themselves. Dates and times are as follows:
- Wednesday 3 December – from 14:30 to 18:15, last entry at 17:30
- Saturday 6 December – from 09:30 to 18:15, last entry at 17:30
- Sunday 7 December – from 09:30 to 18:15, last entry at 17:30
- Monday 8 December – from 09:30 to 18:15, last entry at 17:30
- Wednesday 10 December – from 14:30 to 18:15, last entry at 17:30
The number of places available for each slot is limited, so click here to reserve a spot. Based on the chronological order of registration, a confirmation email (or any unavailability) will be sent to those who register.
The Juventus One project, launched in 2017, now incorporates over 120 athletes with cognitive, relational, sensory, and physical disabilities, divided into eight teams that participate in competitions in the FIGC's Paralympic and Experimental Football Division.
Within the “Black, White & More” ESG Strategy, Juventus One represents concrete evidence of how sport can become a tool for empowerment, cohesion and training:
- Juventus One @School promotes programs in schools to help break down prejudices related to disability;
- Juventus One & Youth offers boys and girls with autism spectrum disorders or cognitive disabilities a safe and stimulating space to explore and develop their passion for football.
The exhibition is designed to be accessible and ensures easy access for wheelchair users or those with reduced mobility. A guide is always present throughout the visit to accompany participants along the route. The content is supported by descriptive panels (in Italian and English) and audio materials accessible via QR codes, which link to a dedicated section of the website.
Portraits of Identity, Inclusion & Youth is a project by Juventus, in collaboration with ASD Nessuno Escluso and adidas.
