For Alex Sandro, there are at least two causes for celebration on his 25th birthday. If the primary reason is that of being able to pass the special day for the very first time with his Juventus team-mates, the second arises from an impressive six months since arriving in Turin in the summer that have seen the Brazilian wing-back become a key member of Massimiliano Allegri’s title-chasing squad.
From his solid defensive work and knack for a key interception to his mesmerising dribbling, pinpoint crossing and even an eye for goal as proved nine days ago against Udinese, the former Porto man has already managed to win over the hearts and minds of the Bianconeri faithful.
Everyone associated with Juventus Football Club would like to wish Alex Sandro many happy returns and a successful second half to the campaign.
