"Before speaking about Tottenham, I would like to offer my condolences to the family of Davide Astori. I didn't know him but many of my teammates are saddened. I was able to understand that we are not only losing a great player, but also a great person. It is never easy to return to the field after a tragedy like this, but football tries to move forward, even in his honour."

RESULT IN ROME

"It was not easy to win at the Olimpico, for us it was a really positive night, as Napoli have also lost some points and now we are only just behind them. We are all happy for Paulo's goal, he deserved it for the commitment he puts into his everyday work, and he showed once again as he has already done so on other occasions that he can be a match-winner."

FACING THE CHALLENGE OF SPURS

"Wembley is a great stadium, I had the pleasure of playing there with the French national team. Wednesday will not be easy, Tottenham are a team that plays well with the ball, they're doing well in the league and they have done excellent things in the Champions League, including the first leg against us.

"However, in Turin we have shown that we can make things difficult for them, we are going to London to win and to score. If we play as well as we know we can, and with the help of our fans, as in Rome, we can qualify for the next stage."
