We’re already a fixture into the last month of the year, yet there’s always time to appreciate a good goal!
As we do every month, we’ve compiled the top five goals from across the Juventus First Team, Women and Next Gen teams from the month of November, reflecting back on these super strikes scored last month.
Let’s take a closer look at each finish below:
Bremer vs Cagliari
Starting off with the men’s first team squad, we take it back to our second fixture of November, just before the international break, when we hosted Cagliari at the Allianz Stadium. With the sides equal after the first half, it was 15 minutes into the second half when the Bianconeri broke the deadlock, Gleison Bremer rising highest to meet a pinpoint Filip Kostic free-kick to head home in our 2-1 victory over the Sardinians. This was our Brazilian centre-back’s fifth league goal for Juve, and the third assisted by Kostic.
Vlahovic vs Inter
The highly-anticipated Derby d’Italia closed off the month of November, which ultimately ended in a hard-fought 1-1 draw. Yet the game opened up with a brilliant Bianconero goal, started and finished by Dusan Vlahovic. The Serbian won the ball in midfield, before spraying it out wide on the left to Federico Chiesa who took the ball upfield before squaring it for our number nine to slot home first-time, finishing off a wonderfully-worked move.
Caruso vs Como
Arianna Caruso’s star continued to shine for Juventus Women, highlighted by this worldie against Como. An hour into the second half, the Italian international picked up the ball halfway into her own half, and carried it forward, where she kept on going… and going … and going, before pulling the trigger 25 metres from range, a right-footed thunderbolt which crashed in off the post to give the Bianconere their second goal in their eventual 3-0 victory.
Caruso vs Napoli
Two weeks later – with a goal against Inter Milan inbetween – Caruso was at it again, this time against Napoli. Trailing 1-0 after an early goal, Caruso found herself on the left side of the opponent’s box as she evaded two challenges, taking a turn before using all her might with her left foot to hook the ball in, watching it loop over the keeper and into the back of the net, her strike starting the comeback in a 3-1 win.
COMENENCIA vs Torres
With a spot in the Serie C Coppa Italia Round of 16 on the line, Juventus Next Gen took on Torres in a difficult encounter which headed into extra time following a 0-0 deadlock over the 90 minutes. Introduced as a second-half substitute, Livano Comenencia provided the match-winning moment in the 6th minute of extra-time, collecting the ball on the edge of the area and pushing it onto his right foot before rifling in an unstoppable strike to seal the 1-0 victory and his side’s safe passage into the next round.
