After two seasons spent together, not to mention two Scudetti plus two Italian Super Cups won, it is with these achievements, that Maria Alves bids farewell to Juventus to continue her football career elsewhere.
The Brazilian attacker arrived at the club in the summer of 2019, where she quickly settled in and dazzled with her speed when called into action. After making her debut in a 2-1 win against Empoli, Maria grabbed her first goal just weeks later against Florentia, where once again she tasted victory.
Since then, she has gone on to score on 10 occasions for Juventus (in all competitions), while this season, she provided seven assists for her Bianconere teammates in the course of league campaign (six of which came from February onwards). Her fun and vibrant personality shone through both on and off the field, earning her the support and admiration of the fans.
Now, as she looks to prepare for her new adventure, the Champions of Italy can undoubtedly be proud of what she has achieved in the two years at the club.
