Juventus welcome Sampdoria to the Allianz Stadium on Sunday. The Serie A Matchday 26 fixture will kick-off at 20:45 CET and sees the Juve looking to extend a seven-match winning streak over the side from Liguria.

Samp are propping up the table with Cremonese on 12 points from 25 matches. Read on for more information on the form of this weekend's opponents.

THE SEASON SO FAR

Sampdoria have drawn three of their last five league games, as many draws as from their previous 24 matches in the competition but last won on January 4 - the first weekend after the World Cup - against Sassuolo.

Overall, Samp have won just twice all campaign and are winless in nine matchdays.

Lack of goals has been the Blucerchiati's main stumbling block. They have the worst attack in Europe's top-5 leagues, having scored just 11 goals so far, failing to find the net in 64% of the matches played this Serie A campaign (16/25).

THE COACH

The club decided to change coach as early as the first week of October. Marco Giampaolo's second stint in the Samp dugout ended with two points from the opening eight matchdays.

Dejan Stanković was brought in to revive the Blucerchiati's season. The former Lazio and Inter midfielder left his posistion as coach of Red Star Belgrade for his debut experience as first team coach in Italy, the same path he took as a player 24 years before.

The 44 year old started with a draw, against Bologna, a defeat, at Roma, and the side's first win of the campaign, against Cremonese. Since then, however, his side has fallen to 10 defeats in the successive 13 matches.
