These were the words from coach Massimiliano Allegri following the Juventus-Atalanta encounter played at the Allianz Stadium on Saturday evening:
“This evening was a performance along the lines of those against Fiorentina and Lazio. We didn’t capitalize on what we created, we were anxious and in a hurry, because when you don't score a goal, your levels of worry rise. We will keep working on our performance and try to win, and then continue from there. I believe that this is a team with value, there are moments when things don't go well, but we have to keep working. I have faith in the team, and after a performance like tonight I can't say anything to the lads.
“If we are in this position on the table at the moment, it means that right now, this is what we are worth, which includes everyone, including the manager. We need to be realistic, take the pressure off to work as calmly as possible. We must continue based on our performances. Let's reset everything and start again in Salerno, where it will be a very difficult on the field.”
