Juventus claimed a 3-1 win over Real Madrid in Orlando with goals from Moise Kean, Timothy Weah and Dušan Vlahović. Weah's goal was his first since joining the Bianconeri, coming in his home country, and he joined Massimiliano Allegri and Wojciech Szczesny in speaking after the game.

ALLEGRI

"We've finished this tour well," coach Massimiliano Allegri said after the win. "We played well in the first 25 minutes against a strong team with technical and physical quality. Then, they grew into the game but we defended well.

"The game was played at a good pace, and we've started out along the right path. It's a pity that we're not in Europe this season despite finishing third and earned the right to play in the Champions League."

WEAH

"I'm happy, it was a really good win," Timothy Weah said. "It was a tough game, but it's great to play games like this.

"We used the ball well, we fought and worked for this result. We wanted to win and we got it done, so we're happy.

"I'm very happy about Weston McKennie's assist and the MVP award. He played great."

SZCZESNY

"It's a good feeling to win these games, even if it was a friendly," Wojciech Szczesny, who made a lot of saves, said. "There's a lot of satisfaction to take from beating Real Madrid, who are one of the best teams in the world. I'm also very happy because I got Vinicius Junior's shirt for my son.

"When you play against Real Madrid you take it for granted that you will have to make saves, but I don't think I did anything particularly difficult. We were on the front foot in the first 25-30 minutes, we scored by pressing high, but then Real Madrid took control as we tired a little, which can happen.

"We played a very good second half defensively, and we took advantage of a late chance.

"Weah has a great engine, he runs a lot and has a lot of energy - I'm happy for him to have scored."
