Tonight’s Serie A match away against Genoa is a special one for Teun Koopmeiners, born in 1998, who is set to reach the milestone of 100 appearances for Juventus, for whom he has so far scored eight goals and provided five assists.
Teun came through the youth ranks at AZ Alkmaar, making his professional debut and making a name for himself with the Dutch side – with 43 goals and 17 assists to his name – before moving to Italy to join Atalanta.
Having arrived in Turin in the summer of 2024, Koopmeiners has now made 100 appearances for us, demonstrating versatility on the pitch and playing in a variety of roles over the course of just over two years in black and white. From centre-back to leading the line, whilst naturally also featuring in midfield and as a defensive midfielder.
Congratulations on this milestone, Teun!
