It's impossible to forget the first time you set foot in a new home. On September 8, 2011, the Allianz Stadium was officially inaugurated (then called the Juventus Stadium), and a few days later, on September 11, it opened its doors for the first time for an official match.

It was Matchday 2 of the 2011/12 Serie A season, and Juventus welcomed Parma to Turin. The result will live long in the memory of every Juventus fan, with the Bianconeri winning 4-1. The goals came from Stephan Lichtsteiner, Simone Pepe, Arturo Vidal and Claudio Marchisio. Even Parma's goal was scored by someone with a place in Juve's history: Sebastian Giovinco.

Today, 12 years on, we are reliving that special first match at the Allianz Stadium.
