22 nations, 82 teams in categories from 2007 to 2012. One big celebration!

A fantastic 2022 edition of the Juventus Academy World Cup ended with today's great day at the Allianz Stadium, after the days of matches in the beautiful setting of the Aosta Valley and after yesterday's finals at Continassa.

The winning teams of the various categories were awarded in Juventus' home, as they were all able to celebrate together with Jay!

It was a festival of colours, featuring the iconic black and white of Juventus and those of the participating nations, with music, dancing and of course, football!

Among hosts of the ceremony, Mario Acampa and Giulia Cicchinè, were Pavel Nedved - who paid homage to all the participating teams, and Gianluca Pessotto (who inaugurated the very first international Juventus Academy in Athens 13 years ago) - on hand to award the winners of the various tournaments.

Here were the overall winners in detail:

2007 - Juventus Academy Miami

2007-2008 Women - Juventus Academy Miami

2008 - Juventus Academy Argentina

2009 - Juvenus Academy Sidney

2010 - Juventus Academy Warsaw

2011 - Juventus Academy Santiago de Chile

2012 - Juventus Academy Tunisia

A special mention for the Miami Academy, who in addition to having won two tournaments, celebrated 10 years of collaboration with Juventus.

The other awards:

The Fair Play award, Powered by Jeep was awarded to the Devon Academy, whose players have distinguished themselves several times for their attitude and fairness towards their opponents, as well as for the positive spirit brought to the field.

The Juventus Digital Contest Academy Award went to the Los Angeles Academy, who surprisingly brought with them a special super guest: Alessandro Del Piero!

Present was the Councilor for Cultural Heritage, Tourism, Sports and Commerce of the Aosta Valley Region, Jean-Pierre Guichardaz.

And so the curtain closes on another Juventus Academy World Cup, where the teams will return home with lots of incredible memories. See you all next year!
