Training Center | Two days to go until the first friendly match

It was another intense day of work also today for the Bianconeri group, who will take the field in two days time at the Training Center, in a friendly match against Cesena.

The team were on the pitch both this morning and this afternoon. The morning session involved athletic tests before then moving onto an intense session with the ball. In particular, also in view of Saturday's friendly, attention was shifted to technique: first ball control, and then on possession and game choices.

In the afternoon the group worked out in the gym.

Tomorrow we will obviously be back on the pitch for another double session
