Tudor: It's been a positive week

Ahead of matchday two in Serie A, Igor Tudor held a press conference to preview the match against Genoa. The Bianconeri coach spoke about a number of topics during the press conference, from the team's work during the week, to the Champions League draw and his thoughts for the upcoming fixtures.

The Match at Marassi

"It's been a positive week, with good vibes and lots of energy. We know we're facing an opponent that doesn't give anything away easily and is also very organized. Playing at the Marassi is always challenging, so we'll need to be at our best to get 3 points.

The Champions League Experience

"The draw has certainly given us some difficult games. The Champions League is another dimension and the lads know that. We earned this through sacrifice and hard work, and it was right to enjoy it with enthusiasm. I told the team to enjoy the moment because it is the result of the work we have done over the last few months.

First Certainties and Continuity

"The win against Parma left us feeling good. The team remained focused, especially on set pieces, where our opponents were dangerous. I see the lads as motivated and aware. Continuity is an added value, as is the return of Bremer and the recovery of Cabal. Juve today has a clear identity and a precise mentality. We must not be satisfied, we must always stay on top of our game, whether we win or lose.

Organization and Identity

"Genoa is a team that knows how to play and runs a lot as a side. To get a result, we need to match that intensity, because we can hold our own in terms of quality. On our part, I see Juve as a vibrant team that is constantly growing and changing, but we need to maintain the same spirit of daily work.

Individuals and Tactical Solutions

"Bremer is showing his value and will continue to grow. Gatti and Kelly will push forward regardless of his presence, but his influence is evident. Nico González is a player I have always admired, he is a starter for the Argentine national team, he can play on both the wing and up front, and I am delighted to have him with us.

Koopmeiners will be a starter, there's no doubt about that. He’s on the right track. Kalulu has shown perfect movement in midfield, providing solidity and concentration, qualities that help the whole team."
