The Under 20 World Cup in Argentina today brings the second round of matches in the group stages to completion.

Two wins out of two so far for the hosts, with Matias Soulé starting in both games. A 2-1 comeback win against Uzbekistan in the opening match, Veliz and Carboni the scorers, was followed up with a 3-0 success over Guatemala, with goals from Veliz, Romero and Perrone. The Albiceleste's last group match encounter comes against New Zealand on May 26, with Argentina already sure of qualification to the knock-out phase.

Riccardo Turicchia was on the pitch in both of Italy's matches. The first an important 3-2 victory over Brazil, with Prati and a Casadei brace giving the Azzurri a three goal advantage at the break. In the second half Italy were on the receiving end of intense Brazilian pressure and conceded twice but held on for the win. The second match saw Italy lose 2-0 to Nigeria. Filippo Fiumanò is also in the squad but has yet to be involved in the competition. Italy U20 face Dominican Republic on May 27.

Also Felix Nzouango Bikien is in Argentina on World Cup duty. The defender born in 2003 remained on the bench in the match between France and South Korea, won 2-1 by the Koreans. France are involved against Gambia today, May 25, and Honduras on May 28.
