Caceres undergoes surgery

This morning at Turin’s Clinica Fornaca di Sessant, Martin Caceres underwent surgery on his right Achilles tendon after tearing it during Wednesday’s win over Genoa.

The operation was successfully carried out by professor Flavio Quaglia. The Uruguayan defender is expected to be out of action for five months.
