Summer signing Kingsley Coman has credited his team-mates for making his integration into the Bianconeri setup a seamless one.

The talented youngster has made a quick transition to life in the black and white stripes after swapping Paris for Turin in July and cited fellow countryman Paul Pogba and Patrice Evra as fundamental reasons behind his adaptation.

Speaking exclusively to Jtv, the 18-year-old began: “What’s struck me the most is the welcome I’ve received. Everyone’s been really kind to me and this has helped me in preparing for the challenges ahead. As a youngster it’s a real positive to play with professionals who have been successful for many years.

“Having French team-mates has also been a great help for me. They’re older than me, possess greater experience and are examples to follow.”

Coman has already had the opportunity to sample the feeling of pulling on the black and white stripes, catching the eye with a dazzling display on the opening day of the season in Verona.

It is an experience he is keen to repeat again throughout the course of his first campaign.

He concluded: “I was really excited about my first start and happy with how the game panned out. The target for this season is to give a good account of myself when I get the chance to play.”
