The Bianconeri dominate in all areas of the park as they register their 23rd consecutive home win at Juventus Stadium

Two goals in either half from Arturo Vidal and Fernando Llorente saw the Bianconeri run out 2-0 winners against Palermo at Juventus Stadium on Sunday afternoon.

The Chilean bagged his third league goal in six appearances after 32 minutes before Fernando Llorente’s first strike of this campaign (his eighth header in the black and white stripes) made sure of the points 19 minutes into the second-half.

Massimiliano Allegri’s men bossed possession throughout and Gigi Buffon enjoyed a comfortable afternoon between the posts, having been called into action only once during the match.

After equalling and then breaking Torino’s record of 21 consecutive home victories against Cesena and Roma respectively, the triumph over Palermo acted as the Bianconeri’s 23rd on the spin at Juventus Stadium.

Here is a more detailed look at the main statistics from yesterday’s Serie A encounter:

The Bianconeri limited their opponents to a solitary effort on target during the whole game.

League assists from Carlos Tevez. L’Apache bagged seven in 34 Serie A appearances last time out.

Good long balls from Bianconeri trio Leonardo Bonucci, Giorgio Chiellini and Claudio Marchisio.

Recoveries made by both Kwadwo Asamoah and Marchisio.

Number of shots Juventus have faced in this 2014/15 campaign (with only three goals conceded) - the fewest out of any Serie A side.

Possession registered by the hosts in a dominating display.

Touches enjoyed by Giorgio Chiellini, more than any other player on the pitch. The Bianconeri number three also topped the leaderboard for tackles won (5) and passes completed (86).

Successful passes from the home side, almost double those made by Palermo (365).
