Luca Banti will take charge of Friday night’s Serie A encounter between Lazio and Juventus at the Stadio Olimpico.
It will be the 25th time in all competitions the Livorno-born official has presided over a Bianconeri game. His first dates back to 2005, when the Old Lady recorded a 4-2 home triumph over Cagliari.
His most recent Juventus fixture was August’s Super Cup final in Shanghai, where Massimiliano Allegri’s men lifted their first silverware of the season after overcoming Friday’s opponents by a 2-0 scoreline.
Banti will be joined at the Stadio Olimpico by assistant referees Costanzo and Barbirati, fourth official De Luca and goal-line officials Orsato and Celi.
