Juventus Football Club and Lundquist scooped a gold medal at last night’s Corporate & Financial Awards ceremony in London, winning the Best Printed Report: International/Unlisted award for their collaboration on the club’s “Report One: Towards Sustainability in Football” dossier first launched in October 2014.

The document, released during last year’s shareholders’ meeting in Turin, represents a formal declaration of the club’s commitment to using clear, transparent methods to confront and discuss the most sensitive issues affecting it and its stakeholders.

Juventus is one of a handful of football organisations worldwide to publish a report of its kind and saw its innovative and creative communications strategies, along with those of Milan-based corporate consultancy firm Lundquist, rewarded by a panel of 25 judges from Europe’s leading companies and institutions.

At London’s Grosvenor Square Hotel to receive the prize in front of a 300-strong audience was the club’s Communications and External Relations Director, Claudio Albanese.
