Many happy returns, Asa!

Since bursting onto the scene with a stunning debut strike in 2012’s Italian Super Cup triumph over Napoli in Beijing, the Ghanaian has become a firm favourite of the club’s faithful.

Since then, Asamoah, who is capable of operating in a variety of positions across the midfield, has gone on to lift three Scudetti, two more Super Cups and a Coppa Italia trophy.

Injury difficulties have seen his game time curtailed over the last 18 months but a superb return to action in last week’s 2-0 away victory over Lazio brings plenty of promise for 2016.
