When he scores, Juve win. It's a simple fact, but also confirmation of how important Mario Mandzukic's goals have been this season.
Last month, the Croatian striker netted three times and they were all hugely significant strikes. First there was his equaliser against Empoli on 8 November that pushed Juve towards victory, then his goal that ensured that he and his team-mates defeated Manchester City on 25 November, qualifying mathematically for the round of 16 in the Champions League, and, last but not least, he scored the opener in Juve's 3-0 win on 29 November away to Palermo.
It's clear to see why Mario has been voted MVP for the month of November and he'll receive his prize at Juventus Stadium before the Bianconeri take on Fiorentina this Sunday evening (kick-off 20.45 CET).
Well done, Mario!
