Massimiliano Allegri’s men returned to Vinovo on Thursday for the first time since their Super Cup exploits in Shanghai.
The Tuscan tactician granted his players three days to recharge the batteries following last week’s trip to China that saw Juventus lift the trophy for a record seventh time on Saturday.
As in double workouts of recent weeks, the Bianconeri focused on fitness in the morning. The afternoon session, meanwhile, saw a shift to technical exercises, as the ball came out to play.
Also at Vinovo today, but absent from training, were Sami Khedira, Alvaro Morata, Kwadwo Asamoah and Giorgio Chiellini, all of whom are following their respective programmes to return to fitness.
The Bianconeri return to Juventus Center tomorrow morning and every day thereafter leading to the first fixture of the Serie A season, at home to Udinese on Sunday 23 August.
