It’s the dawn of another round of international fixtures and as usual there’s a great number of Bianconeri on duty around the world between Wednesday 31 August and Tuesday 6 September.

Starting with the Azzurri, Gianluigi Buffon, Giorgio Chiellini, Andrea Barzagli and Daniele Rugani have all been called up by Giampiero Ventura, while Leonardo Bonucci has been granted a couple of days’ leave for personal reasons. Emil Audero has been selected for Italy’s Under 20 side.

Medhi Benatia and Stephan Lichtsteiner will be captaining their respective countries, Morocco and Switzerland, while Sami Khedira (Germany), Miralem Pjanic (Bosnia), Paulo Dybala (Argentina), Dani Alves (Brazil), Mario Lemina (Gabon), Mario Mandzukic and Marko Pjaca (both Croatia) are also involved in overseas action.

31 August: Albania vs. Morocco (Friendly), Germany vs. Finland (Friendly)

1 September: Italy vs. France (Friendly), Italy Under 20 vs. Germany Under 20 (Friendly), Ecuador vs. Brazil (World Cup qualifier), Argentina vs. Uruguay (World Cup qualifier)

2 September: Sudan vs. Gabon (Friendly)

4 September: Norway vs. Germany (World Cup qualifier), Morocco vs. Sao Tomé (African Cup of Nations qualifier)

5 September: Israel vs. Italy, Croatia vs. Turkey (World Cup qualifier)

6 September: Bosnia vs. Estonia, Switzerland vs. Portugal, Brazil vs. Colombia, Venezuela vs. Argentina (World Cup qualifier), Cameroon vs. Gabon (Friendly)
