Juventus’ chase for a record-breaking sixth consecutive Scudetto will kick off on the weekend of 21 August at Juventus Stadium against Paulo Sousa’s Fiorentina.

The omens are good for Massimiliano Allegri’s men who have defeated the Viola in all five fixtures between the two sides since the opening of their iconic ground in 2011.

In what could be a testing start to the campaign, Juventus travel to Lazio and Inter on Matchdays 2 and 4 respectively, with a home encounter against Sassuolo in between.

Matches against Cagliari, Palermo, Empoli and Udinese follow before the Bianconeri face fellow northern heavyweights Milan at the San Siro on the weekend of 23 October.

Arguably the most important fixture of the last campaign, namely the visit of Maurizio Sarri’s Napoli, takes place on Matchday 11, capping off a busy week that begins with the aforementioned clash with the Rossoneri, with Sampdoria providing the opposition in Piedmont during midweek, just days before the Partenopei also make the journey to Turin.

Chievo, Pescara, Genoa and Atalanta form Juve’s next opponents before inter-city rivals Torino host Allegri’s men at the Stadio Olimpico on the weekend of 11 December. The second instalment of the Derby Della Mole takes place on the weekend of 7 May.

Just one week after locking horns with Sinisa Mihajlovic’s side, the Bianconeri face another encounter of enormous significance when Roma pay their annual visit to Juventus Stadium.

A long trip south to recently-promoted Crotone represents the final fixture before the winter break, while the reigning champions host Bologna on Matchday 19 for the first game after the festive period.

The Rossoblu subsequently return the favour to Allegri and company for the very last match of the season on the weekend of 28 May.
