Primavera primed for Final Eight

Juventus' Primavera put in the hard yards ahead of their end-of-season Scudetto playoff with a workout this afternoon in Vinovo.

Fabio Grosso's young guns face Empoli on Sunday (kick-off at 15.30 CEST) in their Final Eight quarter-final, which will take place in Sassuolo.

After focusing initially on fitness, the Primavera turned their attentions to technical drills with an emphasis on ball retention and possession.

Grosso and company return to Vinovo tomorrow as they step up their preparations before departing for Emilia Romagna on Saturday.
