Warm-down session at Lakeside

The Bianconeri returned to their Lakeside Stadium training base this morning for their penultimate day of work in Australia ahead of tomorrow evening’s departure for Hong Kong.

Following last night’s International Champions Cup victory over Tottenham Hotspur, Massimiliano Allegri and his coaching staff oversaw a warm-down session.

Those who played fewer minutes against the London outfit were put through their paces on the training pitch, while the remainder of the group alternated between the gym and the swimming pool.

The reigning champions will now enjoy an afternoon off before returning to work with a double session tomorrow.
