ECA workshop success at Allianz Stadium

Allianz Stadium has played host to the Club Management Program, organised by ECA between Monday 6 and Wednesday 8 November. The workshop’s main focus has been to analyse how leadership and management strategies apply to sports clubs.

Juventus and ECA president, Andrea Agnelli, Head of Human Resources, Sergio Spinelli, Head of Public Affairs, Stefano Bertola, and Head of Academy and Women Football, Stefano Braghin, spoke at the event on Tuesday, telling of their visions and leadership models at Juventus.

The workshop concluded today following the analysis of other case studies - Basel and Benfica - while Arsenal was the subject of a presentation the day beforehand.
