When Andrea Agnelli became Juventus president seven and a half years ago, his mission was to guide his boyhood club to the silverware and glory that had characterised the Bianconeri’s winning history once more.
Six legendary Scudetto titles, three consecutive Coppa Italia triumphs and three Super Cups later, Agnelli has undoubtedly achieved a great deal in a short space of time.
Off the pitch meanwhile, Agnelli - who was appointed to the presidency of the European Club Assocation (ECA) in September - has overseen Juventus' ongoing progression to a position of financial stability, which ensures that the Old Lady has the resources to keep striving for further success in the future.
After all, as the president says himself, our next victory is always both the most satisfying and the most difficult to obtain.
