"We have to play well tomorrow night and we must win otherwise we will un-do all the good work that we did in Spain.

"We have to be very respectful because Young Boys are a team in form. They have won a lot of matches and their coach knows how to organise his team, they are solid in defence and organised. We have to be fast, technical and physical and move the ball quick between the lines. We must play better than the opening 20 minutes against Napoli because I didn’t like that at all and neither did the players, we allowed Napoli a clinical chance and we can’t let it happen again. We absolutely have to be focused on the whole match for 90 minutes."

UCL TEAM LINE-UP

"Khedira is back in the squad, he won’t start tomorrow but he may feature as a substitute if we need him in the match. If I can field him for half an hour or so then that will be great, as he is someone who could be useful when we face Udinese at the weekend. We are coming to the end of another mini-cycle, and then after the international break we will face Genoa and then Manchester United away.

"I’m curious to see the team without Ronaldo although I already saw that in Valencia. It's good that he will be with us in Manchester but it's important that he rests as well as he’s already played a lot of games for us.

"Dybala and Manduzkic will start tomorrow, however Chiellini won't play and I will probably rest Cancelo. Barzagli will obviously play, as he was just here speaking with me!

"I'm not sure whether Emre Can will play or not, despite him doing very well. I'm undecided on the midfield so it depends on whether we have two playing in there, or three at the back. Bernardeschi can play wide, inside, or in the hole, but it depends he could play tomorrow or he might not."
