When it comes to the new challenges of technology and innovation in the pursuit of excellence, Juventus and Randstad are at the forefront. Tonight, at the Allianz Stadium, Juventus again hosted a workshop organised by the second world operator in human resources services, Randstad, Official Partner of the Club.
This evening the workshop "Innovation, technology and human touch" was held at the Allianz Stadium. An event dedicated to technological change, its influence on our way of life and means of working, and the consequent responses of companies.
The round table was moderated by Fulvio Giuliani, editor-in-chief of RTL 102.5, with Mario Levratto, Head of Marketing & External Relations, Samsung Electronic Italy, David Avino, CEO of Argotec, and Fabio Costantini, Chief Operations Officer Randstad HR Solutions.
Speaking of "human touch", someone who's hands are vital to his career, Juventus goalkeeper, Wojciech Szczesny was in attendance to answer questions about his relationship with technology, on the field and in everyday life.
"Technology helps us a lot, starting from training sessions and the possibility of using devices to better plan our work", explained the shot-stopper.
"This season has seen a major innovation, VAR, which will help in our sport, just like other technologies, for example GPS, which we use in training." added Szczesny, who then spoke about his Bianconeri debut, his experience in the work environment, his future projects, but also his relationship with the media in the social era.
"Everyone makes their choices, I like to post match photos, and I believe in the boundaries between public, work and the private sphere in everyday life regarding social media."
