The Bianconeri end a season of #MY7H at home to Hellas Verona on Saturday, where they will raise Scudetto number 36 in front of their own fans.

Having sealed their seventh-straight Scudetto away at Roma last Sunday, Juve can take to the field knowing that the title is theirs lift at the end of the 90 minutes.

In recent Juventus history, there have been numerous moments of home party coinciding with the last championship game. Here are some examples:

29 May 2005: JUVENTUS 4-2 CAGLIARI

The Stadio Delle Alpi housed the final game of the 2004/05 season as Juventus took on Cagliari in matchday 38. Having sown-up Scudetto number 28 a week prior after 2-2 draw in Livorno, Fabio Capello's men were eager to put on a show for their loyal fans.

Alessandro Del Piero and an amazing Stephen Appiah goal both sides of a David Trezeguet brace saw the Bianconeri win 4-2. With the visitor's two goals coming from Gianfranco Zola who said his goodbye to football that day.

13 May 2012: JUVENTUS 3-1 ATALANTA

For every Bianconero 13 May 2012 is not just any date. It is the day where Juve claimed their third star, the first league title celebrated at Allianz Stadium, and of course Alessandro Del Piero's last home game.

Del Piero gave us another moment of magic when he stroked home from outside the area to make it 2-0 to Juve. La Vecchia Signora's former number 10 then received a seemingly endless standing, which started from when he left the field and then continuing around the field with the game still in progress.

The goals of the match came from Luca Marrone with a great goal on the edge of the box, and then a penalty converted by Andrea Barzagli, the defender's first for the club. Captain Del Piero went on to raises the trophy that would become the start of the amazing #MY7H cycle.

18 May 2014: JUVENTUS 3–0 CAGLIARI

Once again, Cagliari is invited to the Juventus Scudetto party in Turin. The league title was confirmed two days in advance by Antonio Conte's boys, who concluded a stellar championship with another success on the Allianz Stadium pitch with a record 102 points. The game's goals come from an own-goal, Fernando Llorente and Claudio Marchisio.

14 May 2016: JUVENTUS 5-0 SAMPDORIA

Five goals for the fifth consecutive Scudetto, the #HI5TORY party of the 2015-16 season. Patrice Evra opens the scoring, with a Paulo Dybala brace, from the penalty spot and then a gem from outside the box. Giorgio Chiellini's volley and then a tap-in by Leonardo Bonucci complete the celebrations.
