Douglas Costa fired Juve ahead before half-time, with Mario Mandzukic striking in the second to hand the Bianconeri a 2-0 win and seal their passage to the semi-finals:

Next up was a trip to Sardenia, as Juve faced their opening day opponents, Cagliari. It was just the one goal in it, with Federico Bernardeschi turning home from Douglas Costa's low cross to earn a 0-1 win:

Following the international break, the Old Lady hosted Genoa at the Allianz Stadium a month after their TIM Cup win.
