The 2018/19 Serie A season is just one week away and the Bianconeri continued their preparations for the upcoming campaign with a morning session today at JTC.
It was an intense workout, during which the team trained with the ball at their feet, in sessions of 1vs1, 2vs2, 3vs3 and 4vs4.
Massimiliano Allegri’s men will report back to JTC on Sunday morning and then, in the early afternoon, head to Villar Perosa for the annual Bianconeri celebration and friendly match.
Medhi Benatia and Mattia De Sciglio will be out of action tomorrow due to muscle fatigue, but nonetheless both players will be in attendance.
