Tickets purchased for the Juventus-Atalanta match originally scheduled for 25 February and postponed to 14 March will be valid for the re-scheduled match. You can simply show the same ticket at the entrance to enter the match. It is possible to change the name on the ticket or request a refund through information below.
Legends Club buyers will receive detailed information through their regular outlets.

- Tickets purchased at Listicket authorized outlets
All those who want to request a refund must go exclusively to the same sales point where the coupons were previously purchased with the original ticket.
- Tickets purchased from Listicket.com or a call center
The Customer must access his personal area on the Listicket.com website and in the MESSAGES section select from the "Request for reimbursement / cancellations" drop-down menu.
It will be sufficient to insert in the text of the request "REFUND JUVENTUS VS ATALANTA" and specify whether the purchase was made on the Web or via Callcenter.
- Tickets purchased at the box office on gameday
The customer must call the contact center 899.999.897 to proceed with the request for reimbursement. If the buyer is a Juventus Member, he can call 011.45.44.095 and access the service by typing in his Membership number. Members of the Official Fan Clubs may as usual refer to the Coordination Center for reimbursement operations
From 10.00 on Thursday 8 March until 11.59 pm on Tuesday 13 March, those who are in possession of a standard ticket and intend to change the name on the ticket can proceed on the Listicket website according to the following procedures:
- In the case of paper tickets purchased at the ticket office or home ticketing purchased from the Listicket.com website:
To change the user, it is necessary to connect to the website: http://listicket.com/ticketing/postend/directory/Step1.html
You will be asked to enter the TYPOGRAPH NUMBER of the ticket (abbreviated with N.T. on Home ticketing), the number EMISSION CARD (Eg A00XXXXX) and the PROGRESSIVE NUMBER (the number shown next to the issuing card).
Attention: this operation does not re-issue a new entry ticket, the only valid ticket remains the original which must be presented together with the confirmation of the name change made on Listicket.com.
- If the ticket has been loaded on the fan card, to make the change of name (to a new Juventus fan card) it will be necessary to connect to the site: http://listicket.com/ticketing/postvendita /cambioSupportoStep1.html
To make the change, you must enter the codes (Card number and security code) of the original card and the new card. Once the operation is confirmed, the new holder must go to the Allianz Stadium only with his personal TDT and a valid ID document
SEASON TICKET HOLDERS
From 10.00 on Thursday 8 March, the name changes made by the subscribers before 25 February 2018 will be canceled.
It will therefore be possible to carry out the operations again from 10.00 on Thursday 8 March.

Available tickets for the re-scheduled match will be on general sale from 10:00AM Thursday, 8 March through normal Listicket channels.
