EMRE CAN

“We knew it would be difficult tonight and it was. The most important thing is that we finished first, which was crucial, but we’re not pleased with how the game went. We would have liked to win. As for me personally, I feel good.”

PAULO DYBALA

“We go through in first place thanks to Valencia, but we didn’t take our chances today. After their two goals, they shut up shop completely. I want to score to help the team and win, even though that didn’t happen today. Are there any teams we need to avoid in the next round? To win the Champions League you need to beat everyone.”

DANIELE RUGANI

“We’re looking at it glass half-full; the main thing was progressing from the group and we’ve done that from top spot. However, we need to show we deserve to win even in games where we’re favourites because the scoreline is always 0-0 at the start. Tonight we didn’t hit the heights we’ve been playing at since the start of the year. It’s another lesson to learn and something we can build on. We’ve got big objectives to achieve."

CRISTIANO RONALDO

“Now we’re entering the best stage of the Champions League, with hugely important matches in front of us. I’m calm, I’m aware of the potential of this team. We weren’t able to win today and things would have been easier if we’d scored, but that’s football for you. Everything’s going well, we’re positive and we’re doing really well in the league and in Europe. I feel good and I’m not tired, I’ll rest later on.”
