There is a reason they call Douglas Costa the ‘Flash’, he is lightening quick and leaves his markers stranded… That was exactly the case last night when he scored the decisive match-winner in the 92nd minute against Lokomotiv Moscow, as he beat three defenders to put the ball through Guilherme’s legs.

Douglas Costa’s goal did, in fact, make him the second player in the Champions League to score for three different clubs (Donetsk, Bayern Munich, Juventus) in the tournament. Andre Schürrle is the only other player to have done so too (Chelsea, Wolfsburg, BVB).
