Juventus’ pre-season preparations have officially begun! The Bianconeri returned to training this afternoon, under the watchful eye of new coach, Maurizio Sarri who oversaw his first training session as the Juve manager.
Following yesterday’s and today’s fitness examinations, the group assembled at Continassa in the afternoon following the team’s summer break. The Bianconeri begun with a light run in order to get the blood pumping, before moving onto warming up with the ball. Then, the team took part in some stretching, followed by passing exercises and repeated sprints, before finally ending the session with a mini-match.
Aaron Ramsey, Wojciech Szczesny, Mattia Perin, Marko Pjaca, Douglas Costa and Sami Khedira all took part in personalised training.
Juve will be back training tomorrow with a double session, first in the morning and then in the afternoon at the JTC.
