It was the team's first training session in Asia as part of the Juventus Summer Tour: Powered by Jeep, as well ast the first with his new team for Matthijs de Ligt. This afternoon, at the Bishan Stadium in Singapore, in front of a 1,000-strong passionate Bianconeri crowd, the team worked out ahead of tomorrow's International Champions Cup match against Tottenham, which will mark the debut of Maurizio Sarri's first Juventus team outing.
Despite the heat and high humidity, the team went through an intense session and, after warming up, stretching and athletics, they delighted all those present with a mini-match, played at a high-tempo, before concluding with a ball circulation exercise, and a series of shots on goal. A good look at the mentality that Sarri said he wanted to see on the field against Spurs.
