The season may be over, but it hasn’t stopped for 14 Juventus players, who have reported for International duty with their respective countries. They will be participating in Euro Qualifiers, friendly matches and/or Copa America fixtures.
A total of six players have been called up by Roberto Mancini to feature for Italy in their Euro Qualifier on Saturday, 8 June, against Greece. That’s not all, they will be taking to familiar territory when they return to Allianz Stadium on Tuesday, 11 June, for another Euro qualifier against Bosnia. There will be a friendly face on the opposite end of the field in Miralem Pjanic, who will also represent his country against Italy and a half dozen of his Bianconeri teammates.
Cristiano Ronaldo and Cancelo will take on Switzerland in the Nations League semi-final on Wednesday, 5 June, while Matuidi will feature for France against Turkey (6 June) and Andorra (11 June) in two Euro Qualifying matches.
That’s not all, though, four Bianconeri will be present in this year’s Copa America, with Dybala’s Argentina set to come up against Cuadrado’s Colombia in the opening game, while Alex Sandro will face Venezuela in their curtain raiser and Bentancur will take on Ecuador in Uruguay colours.
