Brilliant braces that have helped decide Lazio-Juve across the years

Amongst the victories of Juventus in Rome against Lazio there are five matches where the game has been taken by the scruff of the neck by a Bianconero, going on to score two goals for Juve and help their side to victory.

Here are a look at the five instances:

      1994-95 3-4 Alessandro Del Piero

One of the many difficult challenges Juventus faced on their way to their first Scudetto under Marcello Lippi, a game that underlined the will of the Bianconeri to bring the title back to Turin after a long period of absence.

Juve found themselves going into the game with two heavy absences, those of Roberto Baggio and Gianluca Vialli. However, Alessandro Del Piero stepped up to the frame to showcase his young talents, scoring two goals. The first is a finish from close range that shows great desire, whilst the second is simply a work of art that helps lead Juve to a thrilling 4-3 win, not bad for someone who just celebrated his 20th birthday.

      1996-97 0-2 Michele Padovano

The last match of the first half of the season. Juventus go into the game in the capital with a three-point lead over Sampdoria in second and are +4 from Inter in third.

The Bianconeri flexed their muscles with a comfortable 2-0 win over Lazio thanks to a double from Michele Padovano. A player who could always be decisive when it matters, but who can respond in the moments that matter. Padovano struck a left-footer soon after kick-off before then finishing off work from Attilio Lombardo.

      1998-99 1-3 Thierry Henry

He was one of the best players of his generation that also helped turn France into World and European champions in 1998 and 2000 respectively. In between the two triumphs Thierry Henry found himself at Juventus following a January transfer from Monaco, the Frenchmen showed a glimpse of his quality this afternoon in Rome with a fantastic double to help the Bianconeri to a 3-1 win.

      2012-13 0-2 Arturo Vidal

A double knockout from Arturo Vidal that not only defeats Lazio but also virtually hands Juve the title, creating +11 gap from Napoli at the top of the table.

The Chilean midfielder struck his first after just seven minutes, converting a from the penalty spot following a foul on Mirko Vucinic. In the 28th minute Vidal is sent through one-on-one with Federico Marchetti and gets the better of the goalkeeper with a fine right-footed finish.

      2014-15 0-3 Paul Pogba

One of the most dominant displays in Massimiliano Allegri's first season at Juventus, with the 0-3 against Lazio coming after a 7-0 demolition of Parma in Turin. Paul Pogba scored two goals, the first coming from a great ball from Carlos Tevez into the path of Pogba to finish after a great control. The second goal scored by 'Polpo Paul' is the team's third, following a Tevez strike, with a fantastic assist coming from Roberto Pereyra who nutmegged a defender into Pogba's path to finish with aplomb and seal a 3-0 win for Juve.
