Sami Khedira is celebrating his 32nd birthday today, his fourth whilst donning the black and white jersey.
There is hope for a double celebration! As Sami and Juventus celebrate his special day, there is hope that he will return to the playing field sooner rather than later. In his four seasons at the club, Khedira has established himself as a mainstay in Massimiliano Allegri’s midfield.
His composure on the ball, intelligent movement and his tireless work ethic has seen him play an instrumental role in Juventus’ dominance in recent years, which has allowed him to celebrate three Scudetti, as many Coppa Italias and an Italian Super Cup.
In 125 appearances, Sami has found the back of the net 21 times and has assisted in 14 goals.
