Juventus will play their first home game of the season tonight. But how have they fared in their opening fixture at Allianz Stadium in the last eight years?

Today, Juventus will return back home to their beloved Allianz Stadium, when they welcome Napoli at 20:45 CEST.

      OPENING UP ALLIANZ STADIUM

Juventus have won seven of their last eight of their opening matches at Allianz Stadium in Serie A, scoring at least two goals in the seven victories on home soil.

The Bianconeri have also proven strong in defence when playing their first match of the season at home, conceding no more than a goal in each of the eight fixtures. They also kept a clean sheet against Cagliari or Lazio.

Parma (2011/12, 2012/13) and Udinese (2014/15, 2015/16) are the only team Juventus have faced more than once in the opening match day at Allianz Stadium

Overall, Juventus remain unbeaten in 54 of their last 55 opening home matches in Serie A, recording 44 wins and 10 draws. Only Udinese have beaten them (2015/16).

      VS Napoli

Juventus and Napoli have faced each other 146 times in Serie A, with the Bianconeri claiming 68 victories, 47 draws, while Napoli have won 31 times.

The Bianconeri have claimed maximum points against Napoli on home soil in 45 occasions out of 73, with 20 outings ending in a draw.

The Old Lady have also won seven of the last eight Serie A matches against Napoli at the iconic Allianz Stadium, with the only defeat coming in April 2018 (0-1).

Federico Bernardeschi has been involved in four goals in the last eight matches against Napoli in Serie A: two goals and two assists.
