Cuadrado: "That goal in the last minute"

Saturday, 31 October 2015. A highly contested Derby della Mole at Allianz Stadium took place. Juve took the lead with a magic goal by Paul Pogba, but it was cancelled out by Cesare Bovo's strike. It's the 93rd minute and a 1-1 scoreline seems to be nailed on, however, Alex Sandro's late low cross into the box is pounced upon by Juan Cuadrado to net the most dramatic of equalisers to seal the Derby, and spark the winning run that would ultimately hand Juve the Scudetto that year after a difficult start.

It was a special goal, not only because it was decisive in the Derby della Mole in the final minute, but also because it was the first goal in Bianconero for Cuadrado, who recounts the effort: "It was a great feeling to hear the roar of the fans, and then to do it in the final minute of the game was fantastic. It's a great memory and I hope there will be the possibility of doing it again on Friday, even if what matters most is winning."

For the Colombian, it has been a tough season due to his injury, which kept him out for a long spell: "It's been a difficult season but these things happen in football. It was sad not to be there to help my teammates and fight with them. However, with the feeling of the joy and the smile it brings to be there, the desire to return was easy."

Cuadrado will be there on Friday night for yet another Derby della Mole at Allianz Stadium: "We are very motivated for the Derby - stated Cuadrado - We will go out there with the same desire to achieve the same result, and we always want to bring out the best of Juve. This is the spirit of Juventus - the continuous desire to win."

The same desire to win that led to another # W8NDERFUL league title: "The Scudetto is something extraordinary. It's never easy to win, and we've worked so hard to make it happen. Winning eight in a row is incredible, and it will always remain in history."
