A massive win for the ladies in their final pre-season friendly.

The Bianconere put out a dominant display as they swept aside Novese 6-0 in their final friendly match of the pre-season at Vinovo, with Staskova scoring a hat-trick.

Three goals were scored in each half, with Aluko breaking the deadlock in the 13th minute following an assist from Bragonzi. Staskova then grabbed her first goal of the game just three minutes later, before adding her second on the stroke of half-time. Both Hyyrynen and Aluko providing the assists respectively.

The Bianconere wasted no time in making it 4-0 when Bragonzi found the back of the net from a corner kick by Silvioni just seven minutes into the second half. Aluko then got her second in the 57th minute, before Staskova wrapped up her hat-trick three minutes later.

It was a solid and impressive win by Rita Guarino’s ladies, who, today, were overseen by assistant coach Matteo Scarpa on the bench. Here’s what Guarino had to say after the game: “Today's friendly match was very useful and full of positive indications, above all, a good opportunity to see the young girls from our Primavera team working well and continue their important growth path. It was also an opportunity to see Matteo Scarpa, my collaborator for three seasons, at the forefront, to whom I wanted to entrust the management of this friendly to allow him further experience on the field, in view of the beginning of this important season. For me, collaboration with all my staff is essential.
